Freshman Patrick Tiernan (Toowoomba, Australia) set a meet record in the 3000 meters and sophomore Jordy Williamsz (Melbourne, Australia) posted a time of 4:00.18 in the Mile at the Penn State National on Saturday afternoon. The second and final day of competition at Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track produced a number of strong performances for the Wildcats, who also won the 4x800 meter relay.
