The season started off on a strong note at the Jack Pyrah Invitational on Saturday afternoon, as Villanova registered eight first-place finishes at Alumni Gym on the Haverford campus. This is the 12th straight year that the Wildcats have hosted the local meet, which is named in memory of the program's longtime assistant coach.
