Senior Alexandra Wasik (Medina, Ohio) broke the school record in the pole vault for the third time in the last 11 months and Villanova also registered some of the top performances in school history in the sprint events during competition at the Gotham Cup on Friday night. The meet at New York Armory was the first full team event of the new year for the Wildcats, who had more than 30 athletes in competition.
