Villanova posted a number of strong results during competition at the McElligott Invitational on Saturday afternoon, where the team had a dozen athletes competing in five different events at Alumni Gym on the Haverford campus. There were a pair of first-place finishes for the Wildcats, with senior Kathleen McPhillips (Carlisle, Pa.) winning the pole vault and sophomore Ekiah Lewis (San Bernardino, Calif.) taking first in the long jump.
