Junior Josh Lampron (Mansfield, Mass.) and sophomore Zach Swenson (Boulder, Colo.) each registered personal best times on the four-mile Alumni Course during competition in the Haverford Invitational early Friday evening. Villanova was also represented at the local meet by a number of unattached runners who are redshirting the season.
