Junior middle distance runner Ben Malone (River Vale, N.J.) and freshman jumper Pearson Feagans (Dallas, Texas) each registered victories during competition at the Villanova Open on Friday afternoon. The meet marked the Wildcats debut at the brand new Ocean Breeze Track & Field Athletic Complex in Staten Island and also was the first of six times that Villanova will compete at the venue this season.
