Ryan Allen, a freshman at Villanova and graduate of Kingsway Regional High in New Jersey representing Shore Athletic Club, won the mixed 5,000-meter race walk in 23:27.06 at the 63rd Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif.
