Senior Emily Lipari (Greenvale, N.Y.) and junior Stephanie Schappert (Delray Beach, Fla.) each posted big wins at the Penn State National and junior Alexandra Wasik (Medina, Ohio) set a personal best in the pole vault on Saturday afternoon at Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track as Villanova finished two strong days of competition. Lipari and Schappert tallied first-place finishes in the invitational sections of the 3000 meters and the 1000 meters, respectively.
